These terms cover the Mathumo app and the website mathumo.academy, both run by mathumo.academy. Contact: support@mathumo.academy.

The app

The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which these terms add to. It is for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions and free trials

• Full access needs a subscription. The price and length are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that.
• Manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The website

The guides, games and tools are free for personal and classroom use. Please don’t copy the text, art or games to other websites. The guides are general information; if you are worried about your child’s development, talk to their teacher or doctor.

Liability

We work to keep Mathumo correct and available, but provide it “as is”, as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

If these terms change, we update this page and the date above.
